Neil Flores Capangpangan, AIA, NCARB is a licensed architect, visual futurist and the founder of NFC Architects LLC and ARCHINETRON Lab, an Atlanta-based international design studio and design research lab. With over two decades of experience, Neil specializes in luxury resorts and hospitality, urban mixed-use, high-rise residential, and resort master planning—collaborating with global developers and luxury brands to create transformative architectural experiences.
Before founding NFC Architects, Neil served as a Design Director and Consulting Architect with leading firms including WATG, BBG, RJTR, Smallwood, and John Portman & Associates. His strength lies in delivering innovative solutions to complex design challenges, supported by strong communication, visualization, and high-caliber rendering skills that consistently inspire confidence and client trust.
Neil also leads an architectural practice at the intersection of human and machine creativity, championing the role of human artistry in an era shaped by AI. His philosophy shows how AI-driven tools and human imagination can collaborate—not compete—to enhance design thinking, visualization, and execution. The result: architecture that is technologically advanced yet deeply human.
Neil’s design leadership extends to award-winning projects worldwide, such as:
The 1,000-key Loews Universal Studios Resort, Orlando, Florida
The Siam Kempinski Hotel and Residences, Bangkok, Thailand
The Ritz-Carlton at Grande Lakes Resort, Orlando, Florida
Daewoo Financial Center Masterplan, Incheon , South Korea
He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cebu Institute of Technology and pursued graduate studies at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. He is NCARB-certified and licensed in Georgia, USA, and the Philippines, bridging a global practice that merges design excellence, cultural sensitivity, and sustainability.
Through NFC’s design-research lab, ARCHINETRON, Neil pushes the boundaries of innovation, sustainability, and exclusivity, crafting architecture that is both futuristic and timeless. Guided by the belief that “imagination is more important than knowledge,” he creates work that inspires, endures, and enriches the spirit.
