Neil Flores Capangpangan founded NFC Architects after more than two decades of professional experience as a Design Principal and Consulting Architect to several hospitality design firms. His quick ability to deliver solutions to complex design problems, equipped with strong rendering communication skills made him well suited for every project types and a key reasons for the company’s repeat and satisfied clients. Neil’s extensive experience includes designing luxury resorts and hospitality, mixed use, retail, high rise residential, luxury residences, corporate office, cultural, and master planning projects. Neil obtained his Bachelors of Architecture degree from Cebu Institute of Technology, Philippines and Graduate studies at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. He is a registered architect in multiple states and licensed to practice in both United States and the Philippines.

Prior to founding NFC Architects , he had worked and collaborated with several world’s leading hospitality, corporate and retail firms such as WATG, BBG , RJTR, Smallwood, John Portman and Cadiz International. He was responsible for the design of several successful resort destination across the globe which includes the winning design for the 1000 rm. Loews, Universal Studios Resort -Orlando, The Siam Kempinski Hotel and Residences -Bangkok Thailand, Ritz Carlton at Grande Lakes Resort in Orlando and most recently, Riyadh’s $15B Qiddiya Anime Themepark Hotel & Resorts and master plan which is part of Saudi Arabia’s vision for 2030.

Neil’s approach to architecture is treated like a blank canvas that produces a holistic work of art which embodies culture, history, environmental sensitivity, and design innovations. Considering his client’s main goals such as project timeline and budget, he always makes sure there’s a proper balance between design excellence and profitability. One of his goal is to continue to design projects incorporating sustainable design strategies that will make a lasting impact to each users and will last for generations.
